To often we are finding that customers have either been over promised and under delivered or the systems have not been setup properly in the first place or lack of maintenance of the lighting and controls system has caused frustration for the user.
We pride ourselves if making light work. This can be down to understanding why a lighting fixture is not working or whether the problem lies with a control system or another part of the electrical system.
We work with our customers to understand what frustrations they have with the lighting and from there we can provide a survey, report and repair service for all lighting and controls systems.
Lutron products for the residential market are world class and this is backed by their longevity of product. As time goes on however systems become superseded which leaves customers with unsupported system. We pride ourselves in keeping systems running for as long as feasibly possible. Common problems with old control systems are power supply issues, corrupt data and poor control of LED lamps.
Casambi has entered the world of lighting controls and caused a real shake up of conventional lighting controls. Typically lighting controls would require all the lighting wired back to a central location. Casambi breaks free from these wires and allows for BLE meshing of devices allowing for less cabling and simpler control. They have also empowered the user by giving them full control and programming over their system. We find this is a great system for scene setting scenarios such as bars, restaurants, function suites, lecture theatres, museums and smaller domestic projects.
